Common questions about fixed fees
Why fixed fees instead of hourly billing?
A fixed monthly fee means you know exactly what you're paying, every month, with no surprises - however long a piece of work actually takes.
How is my price worked out?
Your fee depends on your entity type (sole trader or limited company) and the exact combination of services you need - for example, whether you're VAT registered or run payroll.
Can I change my package later?
Yes - as your business grows or your needs change, your monthly package and fee can be updated to match.
Is there a contract or tie-in?
I don't tie you into a long contract, but I do ask for a minimum commitment of 12 months. That way we cover a complete financial year together, which makes for smoother, more consistent bookkeeping than switching partway through.
